Volunteers shown here have agreed to participate as leaders or helpers at the BIMA Booth on the days shown. If you would like to volunteer, please e-mail the volunteer coordinator with the date and time you are available.
Leading the booth requires full-day participation (8:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) and prior training from another leader. Helpers may sign up for the full day or for shorter time slots. Help is most needed during set-up (8:45 - 10 a.m.) and tear down (3 - 3:30 p.m.). Help during the middle of the day will allow the leader to take a break for lunch, and will make the day more fun for all involved. If you would like to lead but have not been trained, please sign up first as a helper starting at 8:45 a.m. and ask to be trained.
