Tracy Spring, an award winning Northwest folk artist, has released her first CD, "Life And Art".
The recording features 13 original tunes in a variety of genres from blues to country, R & B to new folk.
Tracy's rich, compelling vocals, fine songwriting, and versatile guitar make this project a striking piece of work. Produced by Linda Waterfall and Cary Black, the recording features stellar performances from some of the Northwest's finest musicians, including Nina Gerber, Orville Johnson, Cary Black, Joel Litwin, Kim Scanlon, Heidi Muller, Janis Carper, John Morton, John Goforth, Kelly Harland and David Lange.

In addition to an extensive list of solo credits, Tracy has performed in and intricate harmony duo ("Spring and Reitz"), as rhythm guitarist and co-lead singer of an oldies and R & B band ("The Usual Suspects"), and the front singer with a jazz band featuring guitarist Darwin Evans and trumpeter Bobby Mitchell.

Married, with two children, Tracy now resides in Bellingham, Washington and juggles her time between family life, composing, vocal arranging and performing.
